Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items. The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted. Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins. This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool. Growthstones In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts. To upgrade gear players must first locate the item and then click the “level up button”. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone. After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item. The upgrade process is risk-free and does not affect the item's longevity. This is an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the “transfer tab”, players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear. New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are numerous methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Requirements Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade Tokens. The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them more effects or an improved level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely. The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.
